Dubai, the major financial hub of the UAE has done a marvel and has created a history by creating the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world standing at a height of 829.8 meters. It has broken all the previous and has recreated a history in the greatest feat of human engineering. Burj Khalifa is situated in Downtown Dubai and is the center piece of the Downtown Dubai project. 5. The Burj Khalifa has the fastest elevators and surprisingly it has the longest travel distance.
6. The Burj Khalifa is one of the costliest buildings in the world. The construction of the building costs $1.5 billion dollars. The building is owned by Emaar Properties, the leading property developers in the UAE.
7. The Burj Khalifa is The centerpiece of Downtown Dubai. It is a tourist magnet to the UAE and to the Downtown Dubai.
8. It has the tallest observation deck in the world. Millions of tourists come each year to have a view of the magnificent Dubai city from the tallest observation deck in the world.
9. The elevation of Burj Khalifa is so high that the top of it can be viewed from a distance of upto 95 kilometers.
10. Infront of the Burj Khalifa the second largest water fountain is located which is known as Dubai Fountain. You can have an excellent romantic view of the Fountain from the Burj Khalifa.
